How it works

Four steps, from reporting a problem to confirming it was fixed.

  1. Mark the location
Use your phone's location or tap the exact spot on the map where the problem is.
  2. Describe the issue
Choose a category, write a short description and add a photograph if you can.
  3. The department acts
Your complaint is routed to the responsible department with a deadline. You are told each time the status changes.
  4. You confirm the outcome
When the department marks it resolved, you rate the work. If it is not properly fixed, you can reopen it.

What the statuses mean

Every complaint moves through these stages. You can see exactly where yours is at any time.
